What you will do

• Provide excellent service to walk-in customers and resolve customer issues.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, lending, and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow customer relationships through sales processes, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers on bank products, services, and mobile and online banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales experience is preferred.
• Cash-handling skills and comfort with mobile and online banking services are preferred.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting are required under NMLS regulations.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States.
