What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through sales processes, follow-ups, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, and mobile and online banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to provide fingerprints and complete additional background checks required by NMLS regulations.
• Demonstrated understanding of customer service, sales, communication, banking, and relationship management.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash-handling skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking platforms.
