Service Mechanic Alup

Location: Poland; workplace in the Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, or Świętokrzyskie regions, with service coverage including Warsaw, Łódź, and Katowice. The role is listed as remote but requires work at customer sites, in the workshop, and extensive out-of-town and overnight travel.

What you will do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on Compressor Technique equipment at customer sites and in the ALUP workshop.
• Troubleshoot and repair air compressors, air dryers, filters, condensate treatment systems, and controllers.
• Set up, install, and pipe compressor systems as required.
• Commission new equipment and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
• Support the local customer base, develop new customers, and maximize service time utilization.
• Prepare detailed service reports and recommend solutions to customer problems.

Requirements

• Good mechanical, electrical, and electronic repair skills.
• Excellent oral and written customer service and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency for communication, research, work orders, and controller programming.
• Good knowledge of English for reading technical documentation and participating in online and live service courses.
• Valid driving license and willingness to undertake extensive travel, including overnight stays.
• Ability to work in industrial environments at customer locations.
