Digital Product Manager, Analyst (Wealth Investment Solutions)

Location: New York, NY, United States; office-based role

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 base annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

hirify.global Asset Management’s Wealth Investment Solutions business manages personalized investment portfolios and fund solutions for high-net-worth, institutional, and retail clients.

What you will do

• Partner with senior digital product managers to manage and execute the roadmap through the full product lifecycle.
• Develop the GSAM Advisor Portal across investment tools, account management, account dashboards, and platform workflows.
• Work with product managers, designers, engineers, investment, sales, client servicing, operations, tax, compliance, and legal stakeholders.
• Document functional requirements, maintain JIRA tickets, and coordinate product specifications.
• Create testing plans, validate results across edge cases, and support smooth product releases.
• Measure product performance, manage risk, communicate releases, and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience or familiarity with investing concepts such as equities, fixed income, direct indexing, tax-loss harvesting, tax management, performance, and risk evaluation, and/or operational concepts such as account onboarding and lifecycle events.
• Technical background sufficient to understand quantitative investment analytics, process maps, data dependencies, testing, validation, and engineering collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for documenting specifications and communicating across teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including emails, PowerPoint presentations, visualizations, and diagrams.
• Interest in investment businesses, client experience improvement, data-driven product decisions, and product performance measurement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, handle nuanced details, and support prudent risk management.
• Collaborative attitude, openness to learning, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working as a product manager.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in mathematics, computer science, financial engineering, or another STEM-related field.
