Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: US-based, remote

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for features across the learning and skills platform, from problem framing and discovery through specifications, QA, launch, and impact measurement.
• Lead customer conversations, discovery research, and usability testing to improve product decisions and user experience.
• Extend and maintain the component-based design system and audit existing admin, profile, and learning workflows for consistency.
• Design AI-first workflows, deciding what should be handled invisibly by AI and what must remain observable, reversible, and auditable.
• Design conversational and agent-facing experiences alongside traditional user interfaces.
• Partner with product and technology leads, present work in design reviews, and act as the design expert for assigned product areas.

Requirements

• End-to-end product design experience, including interaction modeling, visual execution, problem framing, and buildable specifications.
• Experience handling ambiguous or conflicting enterprise customer input and identifying underlying user needs.
• Experience with prompt engineering and conversational agents, plus a working understanding of AI accuracy, latency, and context limitations.
• Ability to build interactive, near-functional prototypes using code or AI-assisted tools.
• Experience extending and maintaining design systems and making informed component reuse decisions.
• Experience conducting customer discovery research and usability testing.
