L1 IT Technician (Data Center)

Location: Reykjanesbær, Iceland; onsite work in the colocation in Keflavík, Iceland

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform for data and model training, inference, and production deployment.

What you will do

• Resolve IT hardware issues and support data center infrastructure.
• Install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware as requested.
• Connect fiber-optic and patch cords.
• Plan and process recurring IT infrastructure tasks.
• Process RMAs according to established manuals.
• Collaborate with related departments and external contractors and write hardware operation manuals.

Requirements

• Practical experience resolving server hardware issues.
• Knowledge of data center principles and server and network equipment.
• Basic Linux and command-line skills.
• Experience with server hardware, enterprise network switches, and fiber optics.
• Experience with Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lists, and charts.
• Strong written and spoken fluency in English.
