BIM Coordinator

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $164,000–$206,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Run BIM production for assigned data center sites, including model management, clash detection, and drawing extraction.
• Maintain federated models by verifying consultant uploads, controlling versions, and tracking issues.
• Run weekly clash detection cycles, assign issues, verify resolutions, and report progress.
• Produce coordinated drawings, prefab packages, and as-built updates from BIM models.
• Support the technical execution of multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale data center builds.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating BIM on large MEP-heavy projects.
• Production-level proficiency with Revit and Navisworks.
• Disciplined management of model versions and consultant uploads.
• Ability to create clash reports that drive issue resolution.
• Ability to work on-site in one of the listed US locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with ACC or BIM 360.
• Fabrication-level modeling experience.
• Dynamo or scripting experience.
• Point cloud workflow experience.
