Area Customer Experience Specialist (Banking)

Location: Allen Park, Michigan; office-based role with travel between local branch locations. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches and support customer transactions and servicing needs.
• Identify financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Support branch colleagues and maintain consistent customer experiences across locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at different branch locations throughout the week.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience and knowledge of banking, sales, investments, lending, and customer service.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
