Area Customer Experience Specialist - (Huntsville Hughes, AL)

Location: Madison, Alabama; office-based role with travel between multiple local branch locations.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across branch banking operations, including customer transactions, account servicing, and issue resolution.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily.
• Educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Support branch colleagues and deliver consistent customer experiences across multiple locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability for travel between branches.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Huntington does not sponsor immigration benefits or work authorization.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
