Resource Customer Experience Banker (Banking)

Location: Worthington, Ohio area; office-based work across multiple local branches. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, supporting customer transactions and branch banking operations.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Support branch colleagues and maintain consistent customer experiences across changing locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability when traveling between local branches.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, and financial product education.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Experience in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, or presentations.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
