Area Customer Experience Specialist (Spanish Fort, AL)

Location: Spanish Fort, AL; office-based role with travel between local branch locations

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches and support customer transactions, account servicing, and branch operations.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend or refer customers to appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Travel dependably between branch locations and adapt to changing daily assignments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation for travel between multiple branch locations.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, and financial product discussions.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Experience in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, or presentations.
• Notary licensing.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar roles.
