AI Software Engineers

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $224,000–$300,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Build internal AI-powered tools and applications that automate workflows, accelerate decision-making, and reduce manual work.
• Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including organizational skills and agent documentation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and internal tools where they can deliver measurable impact.
• Develop custom integrations between LLMs and systems such as GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, Salesforce, and internal APIs.
• Track emerging AI capabilities and identify opportunities to apply them to operational challenges.
• Create documentation and support teams adopting and extending the tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience writing production-grade code in Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack development skills and experience building web applications with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AI coding-agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Antigravity.
• Ability to work autonomously, identify problems, design solutions, and deliver high-impact results.
• Strong systems thinking, product intuition, and communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.
