Systems Engineer (Material Handling)

What you will do

• Define and manage functional requirements for lift truck machine functions.
• Apply systems engineering methods and document the engineering process.
• Lead system requirements analysis and define product interfaces with Product Management.
• Define subsystem integration, verification needs, and subsystem specifications.
• Support product test scenario definition with verification, validation, and machine safety specialists.
• Contribute to Fault Tree Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, coordinate information sharing, and report progress.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in R&D and systems engineering or a related role in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, such as mechatronics, control systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• Strong analytical and fact-based problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage both broad product perspectives and detailed requirements.
• Independent, trustworthy, proactive, and improvement-oriented working style.
