What you will do

• Manage FF&E procurement for multiple simultaneous hotel and resort projects.
• Control project budgets and milestone schedules while coordinating installation with field teams.
• Collaborate with Universal Creative teams and purchasing agents to optimize sourcing and monitor pricing and added costs.
• Manage procurement, freight, warehousing, installation, and closeout contracts.
• Review designer specifications for accuracy, budget alignment, and compliance with industry standards.
• Prepare requests for proposals and requests for information with internal sourcing and commodity-group partners.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare and negotiate lump-sum and fixed-fee proposals.
• Knowledge of hospitality-industry FF&E standards.
• Technical knowledge of FF&E fabrication, procurement, and installation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Active participation in Environmental, Health & Safety policies, procedures, training, and team activities.
