Engineering Facilities and Compliance Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Ensure compliance across fire systems, LOLER, PSSR, Legionella, electrical systems, and other regulated areas.
• Manage facilities across the full manufacturing plant and head offices, including planned and reactive work.
• Develop and lead compliance and modernisation projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee a full-time site-based compliance contractor and manage contractor activities.
• Track and manage the Facilities and Compliance budget.

Requirements

• Experience managing statutory inspections covering LOLER, Legionella, LEV, asbestos, and life-safety systems.
• Strong facilities knowledge, including buildings, grounds, and drainage management.
• Maintenance planning experience with contractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven project management skills, including delivery on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of PUWER, CE/UKCA marking, RAMS, SSOW, PTW, and LOTOTO procedures.
• Competence in budget control, purchasing, financial planning, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
