What you will do
- Lead line-feeding operations to ensure uninterrupted material delivery to production lines.
- Manage logistics KPIs covering material availability, delivery precision, inventory accuracy, and equipment utilization.
- Lead, develop, and motivate logistics teams while strengthening cooperation with production, warehousing, and support functions.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement lean logistics solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Optimize material flow, packaging management, and inventory processes.
- Maintain safety, compliance, inventory accuracy, and effective recovery plans for supply disruptions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.
- Experience leading logistics, warehouse, material flow, or line-feeding operations, preferably in automotive.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and logistics control systems, including SAP PS4 and EWM.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams, solve operational challenges, analyze performance data, and deliver measurable improvements.
