Head of Line Feeding (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead the line-feeding operation to ensure uninterrupted production and reliable material availability.
• Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including delivery precision, inventory accuracy, equipment utilization, and material availability.
• Lead, develop, and motivate line-feeding teams while building accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement lean logistics solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Optimize material flow, packaging management, and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with logistics standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures, including accurate inventory activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.
• Proven leadership experience in logistics, warehouse, material flow, or line-feeding operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and logistics control systems, including SAP PS4 and EWM.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams, solve operational challenges, analyze performance data, and deliver measurable improvements.
