Location: Hybrid work in Portugal, Egypt, or Romania; remote work is permitted within the country

What you will do
- Execute service orders for the Gas Insulated Switchgear portfolio according to established procedures.
- Coordinate order execution with regional customers, internal teams, suppliers, international hubs, and direct customers.
- Communicate order status, execution timelines, and delivery updates to regions and customers.
- Gather and interpret order forecasts from different regions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the optimization of team processes and service delivery.
Requirements
- Completed education or training in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Two or three years of professional experience in the medium- or high-voltage switchgear business, preferably in GIS offer/order execution or field services.
- Business-fluent English required; CV must be submitted in English.
- Strong teamwork, communication, time-management, self-initiative, and independent working skills.
- Ability to work in the stated hybrid arrangement in Portugal, Egypt, or Romania.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in project management or customer relations.
- Proficiency in German.
