Purchasing Manager

Location: Slatina, Romania (Onsite)

What you will do

• Serve as a key member of the Country Management Team, reporting to the Country CEO and Regional Procurement Director.
• Lead and develop the country’s Non-Related Materials (NRM) procurement team.
• Coordinate procurement spend and performance across BM, RM, and NRM categories.
• Drive end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx processes, tenders, and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, governance, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement solutions with plant requirements.

Requirements

• Proven years of procurement experience with people leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working within an international matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of strategic sourcing, category management, and P2P processes.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with E-Source-to-Pay systems.
