Offer & Order Responsible

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid remote/office. The FACTS Service Team is based in Erlangen, Germany.

What you will do

• Prepare commercial calculations and customer quotations.
• Manage and track customer orders throughout the full lifecycle in SAP.
• Maintain customer and order data in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate changes with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organize shipments, track delivery milestones, and support warranty cases, service orders, and plant outage activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in offer and order management, sales operations, a similar commercial role, or a technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of SAP, including Ariba, S/4HANA, or similar software.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
• Business-fluent English is required. German language skills are a plus.
