Coupa Catalog Management Specialist (Coupa/procurement operations): Managing, validating, publishing, and improving supplier and punchout catalogs in the Coupa procurement platform with an accent on catalog compliance, supplier data accuracy, and pricing validation. Focus on testing punchout integrations, troubleshooting catalog issues, coordinating supplier corrections, and maintaining activity reporting.

What you will do

Upload, validate, publish, and maintain supplier catalogs in Coupa.
Review catalog files for completeness, compliance, item descriptions, pricing, units of measure, and supplier information.
Set up, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve punchout catalogs.
Resolve catalog-related issues and coordinate supplier corrections and updates.
Provide end-user guidance and collaborate with Procurement, suppliers, and support teams.
Support quarterly release testing and maintain catalog activity tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Experience with Coupa and catalog management.
Experience with data validation, punchout catalogs, and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
