What you will do
- Lead receiving, storage, material handling, inventory control, and shipping operations.
- Establish efficient warehouse processes, layouts, storage solutions, and material flows supporting manufacturing growth.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with Material Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and related supply chain teams.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive digitalization through ERP, WMS, and inventory management systems.
- Lead warehouse personnel, support production ramp-up and capacity expansion, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Several years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading warehouse teams in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, material flow, warehouse processes, logistics operations, ERP, WMS, and inventory systems.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments and production-related material flows, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Romanian language skills are required.
