Senior System Implementation Consultant – AI & Digital Transformation

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI, Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Manage project plans, deployment roadmaps, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive reporting.
• Drive rollout, onboarding, training, change management, and operational readiness.
• Conduct process discovery and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Establish Human-in-the-Loop workflows, quality controls, and governance.
• Support UAT, release readiness, deployment, hypercare, production stabilization, and business value tracking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology implementation, program or project management, product deployment, consulting, or transformation.
• Strong Product Management and/or Program Management experience.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong experience with KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Proven stakeholder management, change management, and implementation leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with process or task mining, digital adoption platforms, Epiplex, or Zenerate.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
