Senior Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs across multiple teams and workstreams.
• Establish program governance through status reviews, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and decision forums.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to develop integrated roadmaps, align priorities, resolve conflicts, and secure commitments.
• Own program communications, dashboards, data-driven updates, and leadership reporting.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and cross-team dependencies through structured problem-solving, process improvement, and change management.
• Promote data, tooling, AI-driven systems, and standardized frameworks, including the safe integration of AI/ML-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in technical or product-focused program or project management.
• Several years of experience leading multi-team or cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams, including technical concepts, system and API dependencies, and data-driven planning.
• Experience managing governance, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder alignment, and change control across services or domains.
• Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, workflows, and AI/ML concepts applied to products or internal programs.

Nice to have

• Experience leading complex IT integration or organizational transformation programs.
• Experience with business continuity or disaster recovery programs, ISO 22301, RTO/RPO validation, and resiliency testing.
• Experience integrating AI-native products or platforms into enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Experience aligning legal, compliance, works councils, and multi-company leadership stakeholders.
• Experience managing concurrent, interdependent programs and establishing portfolio-level governance and escalation paths.
