TL;DR
Software Engineer - Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) (Fintech): Designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical CLM/CRM applications and services for banking clients with an accent on reliability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. Focus on troubleshooting production issues, delivering software changes, supporting integrations and UAT, and enhancing Oracle-based solutions.
Location: Hybrid work in Makati City, Philippines

What you will do
- Ensure stable and efficient operation of Client Lifecycle Management and Client Relationship Management solutions and related third-party applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and complex technical issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests end to end, including impact analysis, coordination, fixes, and resolution.
- Maintain and enhance applications and services in line with evolving client and business requirements.
- Support onboarding of new banking services, functional validation, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Professional experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role in banking or financial services.
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of RDBMS, Oracle SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL, plus experience in software design, development, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with version control systems, software development best practices, and CI/CD concepts.
- Full professional fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in application support, incident management, or service operations.
- Knowledge of CLM, AML, KYC, onboarding, and related third-party solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Certified knowledge of Core.
- Experience with automation, monitoring tools, and modern software engineering practices.
