What you will do

• Deliver digital transformation programmes focused on employee experience through targeted training and communication interventions.
• Assess current organisational states across leadership, ways of working, governance, processes, structures, and capabilities.
• Co-design actionable and measurable future states with clients.
• Facilitate in-person and remote workshops with client leaders to define, execute, and measure people strategies.
• Support the design, testing, and iteration of technology-enabled virtual working models and coach clients in agile and digital ways of working.
• Create data-backed findings and recommendations and contribute to business development through points of view and proposals.

Requirements

• Consulting experience with demonstrated impact in change management, workforce strategy, organisation design, HR transformation, employee experience, learning and development, communication strategy, or people analytics.
• Strong consulting and interpersonal skills, including project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, presentation, and communication up to CxO level.
• Experience building relationships and working empathetically with clients in complex matrix environments.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working under pressure within defined timeframes.
• Passion for digital transformation and eagerness to learn and grow.

Nice to have

• Transformation project experience in financial services, consumer products and retail, or the public sector.
