Assistant Manager – Tech Consulting & Partner Strategy

Location: Hybrid in Plano, Texas, United States; ability to travel up to 30%.

Salary: Up to $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Develop, execute, and optimize partner strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, manage stakeholder relationships, and track performance metrics.
• Provide IT consulting support by assessing customer technology environments and recommending solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving cloud adoption, integration, security, governance, data, and operational improvements.
• Create customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, proposals, technical documentation, architectures, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, executives, and other cross-functional teams on joint initiatives, RFP/RFI responses, and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Japanese and English bilingual communication skills required.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, partner management, business development, or related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives or supervising teams.
• Experience assessing technology environments, developing solution proposals, and presenting technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Experience with strategic partnerships, digital transformation, RFP/RFI responses, stakeholder management, BI reporting tools, and project management tools.
