Transformation Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Engage with C-suite and senior leadership teams to build conviction around AI-led and agentic transformation.
• Define enterprise AI transformation roadmaps, business cases, workstreams, hypotheses, recommendations, and measurable success metrics.
• Assess and redesign organizational processes, service models, customer journeys, decisioning, and customer engagement across digital, voice, and asynchronous channels.
• Architect agentic workflows spanning front and back office, including workforce augmentation and real-time intelligence.
• Lead migration strategies from on-premises contact centers to hirify.global CXone, including routing logic, agent states, reporting, and terminology.
• Design change management programs, facilitate executive alignment workshops, and drive transformation execution, adoption, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation strategy, or enterprise technology advisory, with demonstrated C-suite engagement.
• Experience shaping AI or digital transformation programs and building business cases that secure senior sponsorship and budget commitment.
• Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems, including ACD routing, IVR/IVA, workforce management, quality management, and omnichannel architecture.
• Experience leading cloud migration or digital transformation programs in CCaaS, UCaaS, or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, executive communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR, with the ability to operationalize them at enterprise scale.

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with hirify.global CXone, hirify.global Actimize, or comparable enterprise CCaaS/WEM platforms.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI architectures, large language model deployment, conversational AI, NLU, and real-time guidance technologies.
• Prosci CCP, PMP, PRINCE2, or cloud architecture certification.
• Prior experience inside a contact center, CX operations, or digital transformation function.
