Implementation Consultant/Onboarding Specialist

Location: Hybrid from the Downtown Nashville, Tennessee, or Downtown Austin, Texas, office three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday), with remote work available the rest of the week.

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions covering business processes, ERP environments, accounts payable workflows, and implementation requirements.
• Design future-state solutions, create implementation plans, and configure hirify.global workflows using scalable best practices.
• Own onboarding from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization, including adoption, issue resolution, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, limitations, implementation decisions, and alternative solution paths.
• Manage stakeholders across accounting, IT, and executive teams while leading structured customer meetings and driving decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to improve handoffs and surface recurring implementation challenges and product gaps.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing post-sales implementation, onboarding, or professional services within B2B SaaS or consulting.
• Experience owning complex implementations from kickoff through go-live, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and changing requirements.
• Background in implementation consulting, ERP or procure-to-pay consulting, onboarding, or enterprise SaaS deployments.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms, including understanding system, data, and workflow connections.
• Strong project management, consultative communication, prioritization, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
