What you will do

• Lead 3–6 concurrent projects through the full lifecycle using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Maintain control over project scope, schedule, and budget while proactively mitigating risks.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide executive-level reporting and transparency.
• Build partnerships across business units, technical teams, and external vendors to drive shared outcomes.
• Communicate business value and operational benefits to ensure long-term project visibility.
• Contribute to the evolution and maturity of PMO delivery standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in a formal project management role.
• Demonstrated success managing projects with medium-to-high cross-functional complexity.
• Exceptional oral and written presentation skills with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience utilizing AI and automation tools like Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or project coordinators.
