What you will do

• Lead and develop global Product Definition Engineering and Customer Application Engineering teams.
• Translate customer and market requirements into product specifications and drive products from concept through production release.
• Lead technical engagement, design-in activities, escalations, and complex problem solving for strategic automotive and industrial customers.
• Shape Power MOSFET product portfolios and technology roadmaps with Product Management and R&D.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, and global customers.
• Improve engineering processes, product definition methods, and customer support quality.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Several years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Power MOSFETs, power semiconductors, or related power electronics technologies.
• Experience working with automotive and/or industrial customers.
• Proven success leading cross-functional and international projects.
