What you will do

• Lead and develop global Product Definition Engineer and Customer Application Engineer teams.
• Translate customer and market requirements into product specifications and drive product definition through production release.
• Lead technical engagement with strategic Automotive and Industrial customers, including design-in activities and complex escalations.
• Shape Power MOSFET product portfolios and future technology roadmaps with Product Management and R&D.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, Sales, and major global customers.
• Improve engineering processes, product definition methods, and customer technical support.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Several years of experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong experience with Power MOSFETs, power semiconductors, or related power electronics technologies.
• Experience working with Automotive and/or Industrial customers.
• Proven success leading cross-functional and international projects.
