Finish Good Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage and control the MRP process for finished products using BPCS.
• Generate, release, and monitor planned orders and purchase requisitions.
• Analyze demand forecasts and customer orders to ensure timely finished-goods replenishment.
• Monitor safety stock, inventory levels, production plans, and demand fluctuations to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory.
• Coordinate production planning with teams across multiple factories.
• Maintain finished-product master data and communicate with sales, production, demand planning, and logistics stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems, supply chain processes, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
