Material Planner / Disponent (Defense Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Ensure the timely availability of materials and components required for drone system production.
• Monitor inventory levels, material requirements, production plans, and demand forecasts.
• Manage material planning activities using ERP and MRP systems, including open orders and delivery schedules.
• Analyze shortages and supply risks, implement mitigation measures, and escalate supplier delays affecting production.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Quality teams.
• Support new product introductions, production ramp-up, planning reports, inventory forecasts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain operations, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of MRP, inventory management, material flow, and production support processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools, including the ability to analyze large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience managing supplier delivery performance and material availability in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Romanian language skills are required.
