Salary: ₡1,659,890 – ₡2,489,835

What you will do
- Analyze material requirements using SAP to ensure timely availability of components.
- Execute and track domestic and international purchase orders aligned with production plans.
- Manage inventory levels, coverage, and excess/obsolete stock to minimize operational risks.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams regarding supply priorities.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms and pricing.
- Monitor international shipments and coordinate import/export logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Buyer Planner, Material Planner, or similar Supply Chain roles.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP (MRP, Purchasing, Inventory Management).
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 minimum).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience in managing international suppliers and logistics processes.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 standards.
- Experience in medical, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries.
