Planner Materials (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in 6th of October City, Cairo, Egypt

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and supply-chain KPIs.
• Coordinate daily with production supervisors to align schedules with workforce and equipment availability.
• Plan raw materials, components, and equipment requirements while managing inventory levels with Purchasing.
• Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Analyze production data, track performance, and report delays and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, R&D, Customer Service, and Quality teams to support timely, compliant production.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship, ideally in business administration or supply chain management.
• 2–5 years of experience in production or production planning in an industrial environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system, plus Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Teamwork, reliability, persistence, strong communication, time management, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.
