What you will do

• Convert monthly production plans into SAP process orders and publish weekly/daily schedules.
• Lead daily production meetings to align priorities between planning and production teams.
• Partner with master data teams to maintain and correct Bills of Materials (BOM) for finished goods.
• Manage SAP documentation, including process order closures, batch assignment reports, and label printing.
• Perform SAP downloads and reconcile discrepancies against daily production and open STO reports.
• Participate in periodic raw and finished goods material inventories.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must be based in Florence, Kentucky, USA.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and adhere to PPE safety requirements on the production floor.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or business-related field.
• Proficiency with SAP and Tableau.
