Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Florence, Kentucky, United States of America; work may occur across different shifts based on business needs.

Salary: $52,760–$77,374 per year, plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Convert monthly production plans from the Master Scheduler into SAP process orders.
• Update and publish weekly and daily production schedules in SAP.
• Lead daily production meetings and coordinate changes to production priorities.
• Maintain bills of materials, process orders, batch assignments, product labels, and production paperwork.
• Complete SAP downloads and reconcile daily production, open STO, and open process order reports.
• Participate in raw material and finished goods inventories while maintaining production records and data confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong quantitative, organizational, prioritization, communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Ability to follow safety requirements, wear appropriate PPE, move around the production floor, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work different times and shifts according to business needs.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in supply chain or a related business field.
• Proficiency with Tableau and/or SAP.
