TL;DR
Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure (AI): Driving end-to-end program delivery across infrastructure teams, vendors, ASIC design, hardware platforms, and software integration with an accent on cross-functional alignment, risk management, and operational efficiency. Focus on establishing KPIs and program cadences, resolving technical dependencies, and keeping complex infrastructure programs on track as priorities shift.

Location: On-site in San Jose, California; fully in-person team. Relocation support is available for those moving to San Jose.

hirify.global builds chips, racks, software, and manufacturing systems for frontier AI inference infrastructure, focusing on throughput and latency across prefill and decode workloads.

What you will do

  • Drive collaboration across DevOps/DevX, Core Engineering, Security, and IT.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including dependencies, risks, milestones, and operational cadences.
  • Manage external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and quality.
  • Establish and track KPIs, communicate program status and opportunities, and support accountability across engineering and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate cross-disciplinary resolution of issues involving ASIC design, hardware platforms, and software integration.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in hardware, semiconductor, or AI environments.
  • PMP certification and a demonstrated record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ASIC design, hardware platforms, and software integration.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience with program management tools and methodologies, including Google Workspace and JIRA.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience managing external vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Experience implementing program delivery best practices and improving operational performance.
