Staff Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $178,000–$213,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional technical programs across cloud, platform, security, infrastructure, and customer-facing product teams.
• Own end-to-end release management, including planning, readiness coordination, Go/No-Go decisions, deployments, and post-release reviews.
• Define program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, success metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate dependencies across Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Documentation.
• Drive strategic customer commitments, Voice of Customer initiatives, SaaS migrations, platform modernization, and customer enablement.
• Improve engineering efficiency, release quality, operational scalability, and PMO workflows through automation and standardized processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in enterprise software, cloud, networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading large cross-functional engineering programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and release management.
• Experience managing complex technical dependencies across multiple engineering organizations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence-without-authority skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, networking, SaaS, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, containers, cloud-native architectures, APIs, distributed systems, or microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, SaaS releases, and cloud deployments.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Claude, Copilot, workflow automation, and AI agent or tool building.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
