Senior Hardware Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at the Sunnyvale headquarters office, United States

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 annually, plus potential bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end program schedules for hardware engineering improvements, including material, implementation, and validation plans.
• Define program strategy and requirements with product management, quality, reliability, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate product, hardware engineering, software, operations, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain activities.
• Manage component sourcing, vendor relationships, logistics, cost strategies, and performance targets.
• Present program status, metrics, and operational risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of technical program management experience focused on hardware, embedded software, and product planning.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing workflows.
• Understanding of hardware and software integration, including how hardware changes affect software workflows.
• Experience managing priorities across hardware, software, product, and operations disciplines and collaborating with technical engineering teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, along with cost management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
