Senior Program Manager, AI Delivery

Location: West Hills, California, United States

Salary: $156,000–$260,000 annual target base pay for California and New York metro candidates; national target base pay range is $140,000–$234,000.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AI/ML project delivery from planning and sprint scheduling through deployment, operations, and monitoring.
• Coordinate internal and external project resources across machine learning, IT, data, and engineering teams.
• Apply agile methodologies, MLOps, and CI/CD practices to support timely, high-quality delivery.
• Guide scalable, reliable, secure, and compliant AI/ML platform solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Align AI initiatives with business and product stakeholders, define success metrics, and monitor KPI performance and value realization.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, ethical, and compliance risks while supporting adoption of delivered AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing programs or products involving direct AI/ML solution delivery across data and engineering teams.
• Technical fluency with cloud and data platforms, including Azure Data Services.
• Hands-on experience implementing MLOps delivery controls and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML solutions.
• Conceptual understanding of machine learning, NLP, and emerging agent-based AI patterns.
• Must have U.S. work authorization; immigration sponsorship and support, including Form I-983 STEM OPT participation, are not available.

Nice to have

• Certifications in AI product management, cloud platforms, or project/program management, such as PMP or Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with global privacy, access control, and regulatory compliance.
