What you will do

• Manage engineering and technical projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, plans, risk registers, and governance activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, technical specialists, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and customer requirements while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management.
• Experience delivering projects in the aerospace, space, or defence sector.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organisational, and planning skills.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, project risks, and complex engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Must be able to obtain required security clearance and complete baseline personnel security checks.

Nice to have

• APM, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification.
• Experience with highly regulated engineering programmes.
• Knowledge of aerospace development lifecycles, engineering processes, configuration management, and project governance frameworks.
