Admissions Executive (Temporary Contract: Maternity Leave Cover) (Bonds and Funds)

What you will do

• Apply hirify.global and EU regulatory standards to listing and trading applications.
• Conduct the second review and approval of debt and fund securities applications.
• Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers, international financial firms, and the Central Bank on regulatory matters.
• Supervise Admissions Advisors within the Primary Markets Admissions team.
• Support policy development, hirify.global rule books, and regulatory solutions for customers.
• Deliver a consistent and positive experience for hirify.global customers.

Requirements

• Previous senior experience in a legal, financial services, or transferable firm.
• Strong analytical, written, communication, and organisational skills.
• Understanding of capital markets and debt and fund securities.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent English and a bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with or knowledge of EU securities legislation, hirify.global listing rules, prospectuses, listing particulars, or related application documents.
• Familiarity with AI tools or processes and an interest in improving workflows through technology.
