What you will do
- Review, draft, document, and negotiate commercial contracts, including trading, data, and technology agreements.
- Advise on Irish company law, board governance, corporate structuring, and intra-group arrangements.
- Support business and regulatory projects, including the drafting and implementation of legal and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Identify and manage legal risks related to new businesses, transactions, markets, contracts, and operational activities.
- Work with Compliance on regulatory obligations, applicable frameworks, and engagement with regulators.
- Advise on additional legal matters including gaming, corporate transactions, AI, and data protection.
Requirements
- At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience with strong corporate and commercial law expertise.
- Experience working in-house for a financial services or regulated business, or in private practice advising financial institutions or corporates.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials with superior writing and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in securities, financial services, or regulatory-related legal work.
