Focus on identifying legal risks, supporting regulatory projects and regulator engagement, and providing practical advice across new businesses, transactions, and operational activities.

What you will do
- Review, document, and negotiate commercial contracts, including trading, data, and technology agreements.
- Advise on Irish company law, board governance, corporate structuring, and intra-group arrangements.
- Support business and regulatory projects and draft legal and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with new businesses, transactions, markets, contracts, and operational activities.
- Work with the Compliance Function on regulatory obligations, applicable frameworks, and engagement with regulators.
- Advise on additional legal matters, including gaming, corporate transactions, AI, and data protection.
Requirements
- At least 7 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) with strong corporate and commercial law experience.
- Experience working in-house for a financial services or regulated business, or in private practice advising financial institutions or corporates.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials with superior writing and analytical skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in securities, financial services, or regulatory-related legal work.
