Associate Commercial Legal Counsel (Fintech)

What you will do

• Negotiate software contracts with major banking and payment-services customers.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from non-disclosure agreements through termination.
• Advise management and business teams on complex legal and regulatory matters.
• Lead negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, law firms, and public authorities.
• Support an organization-wide culture of ethics and compliance.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 2–4 years of experience practicing law.
• Solid knowledge of contract, commercial, and IT law.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong communication, organization, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.
• Professional ethics, integrity, and a critical, creative, and strategic mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in a law firm, including secondment experience.
