Implementation Strategist (AI)

Location: Hybrid Paris; travel up to 50% of the time for on-site deployments and customer engagements

What you will do

• Analyze customer data to identify the most important and impactful multi-step tasks to automate.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and connect their needs with engineering solutions.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate AI agent solutions.
• Coordinate customer training to support effective use of the solutions.
• Build and deliver demonstrations and present results to strategic audiences.
• Distill field learnings into the future vision of the H platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions for customers.
• Fluency in at least one backend language, such as Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of the full solution lifecycle, ship quickly, and iterate rapidly.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments or customer engagements.
