Site Manager, Area

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year

Provides site management and operational services under customer contracts.

What you will do

• Manage company programs and area staff to ensure compliance with customer contracts.
• Support safety, attendance, recognition, training, communication, and operational programs across assigned sites.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, recommend budget modifications, and plan efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees.
• Maintain relationships with key customer contacts, visit assigned accounts, and participate in customer meetings.
• Consolidate weekly site reports, conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits, and manage the QBR calendar.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, support supervisors, and address employee performance and customer issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership, planning, organization, communication, decision-making, and execution skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with confidence, drive, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Computer skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; some travel is required.
