Site Manager

Location: Santa Clara, California

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct company programs and implement policies to meet customer contract obligations.
• Plan service schedules, assign personnel to routes, and oversee supervisory management supporting facilities programs.
• Inspect site conditions and evaluate safety, quality, service, space utilization, equipment, and inventory.
• Manage budgets, labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, estimates, contracts, and capital improvement requirements.
• Coordinate customers, clients, employees, contractors, and subcontractors, including meetings and contract-status documentation.
• Address customer service requests, support human resources matters, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, with 2–5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, time-management, project-management, coaching, and training skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience responding to customer, regulatory-agency, and business-community inquiries.
• Ability to interview, hire, assign, direct, evaluate, train, reward, and discipline employees in accordance with policies and applicable laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required; some travel is required.
