Site Supervisor

Location: Fremont, California, United States

Salary: $71,000–$75,000 per year
Shift: 6:00 p.m.–2:30 a.m.

What you will do

• Coordinate the activities of company and temporary employees within the assigned program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, OSHA, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment maintenance and repairs, supplies, and inventory.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain training, inspection, attendance, and metric records.
• Report employee and customer issues, correct at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, coaching, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and employees.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver’s license or forklift certification may be required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Experience with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
