Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the New York office per week, including Thursdays
Salary: $135,792β$178,227 per year, plus benefits, annual performance bonuses, and participation in an unlimited vacation program.

What you will do
- Support quarterly earnings preparation, including earnings releases, prepared remarks, Q&A, and cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor sell-side coverage, consensus estimates, peer developments, analyst models, and investor sentiment.
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, non-deal roadshows, and relationships with equity research analysts and institutional investors.
- Use data and analytics to identify investors and support shareholder outreach and engagement strategies.
- Track ownership and trading activity through stock-surveillance partners and report market insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in investor relations or sell-side equity research.
- Ability to translate complex financial and business information into clear, concise messages.
- Strong financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing high-visibility projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Investor Relations and market intelligence platforms such as FactSet and S&P Capital Access.
