Program Manager, Vendor Management Operations

Location: Fully remote, open only to candidates residing in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Future work models may include hybrid presence at the associated metro-area hub office.

Salary: $100,602–$132,040 per year, plus benefits, annual performance bonuses, and unlimited vacation.

What you will do

• Support vendor management activities and lead selected components of the program.
• Identify optimization opportunities and support end-to-end implementations.
• Develop project plans, track milestones and risks, manage escalations, and coordinate program retrospectives.
• Partner with departments and stakeholders to improve operational excellence.
• Track and monitor operational controls and develop tools and standards for recurring programs.
• Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and support compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of BPO program and/or project management experience.
• Experience creating dashboards and playbooks.
• 4+ years of change management and process improvement experience.
• Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Nice to have

• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets.
