Sales Leader (Insurance)

Location: Remote from the United States, working from home, with periodic travel for meetings, seminars, training, and conferences. The territory is Pittsburgh Northeast.

Salary: $200,000 annual base salary; total compensation opportunity of $200,000–$310,000, including potential incentive pay.

What you will do

• Drive sales and territory results by applying market knowledge and customer-focused sales strategies.
• Coach agents on business management and adapting to changing customer needs.
• Oversee agent placement and development to maximize market opportunities.
• Recruit and select entrepreneurs interested in owning and growing their own businesses.
• Build relationships with sales professionals, field leaders, and business partners to improve territory performance.
• Support needs-based customer conversations and strengthen customer service outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success coaching and influencing sales professionals and implementing growth strategies.
• Experience launching, managing, or growing a business or startup with strategic planning and innovation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the U.S. immediately; hirify.global will not sponsor U.S. work authorization or future sponsorship needs.
• Must obtain and maintain applicable FINRA, securities, life and health, variable, and property and casualty licenses and certifications.
